(hereinafter, TABLAO FLAMENCO LA CARMELA), Tax ID B83495887, with registered office at Calle Victoria 4, 28012 Madrid. General contracting conditions between Tablao Flamenco La Carmela and the user:

1. The user declares that they are of legal age (over 18) and have the legal capacity required to contract the services offered on the Tablao Flamenco La Carmela website, in accordance with the conditions set out below, which they declare they understand and accept.
   In the case of contracting by minors, authorization from parents or guardians is required in order to use the contracted service. The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided to Tablao Flamenco La Carmela during the booking process.

2. When registering with Tablao Flamenco La Carmela, the user will choose a username and password, which will then be confirmed by email. The user must properly safeguard the keys and passwords provided for access as a registered user, as they are personal and confidential, and the user is responsible for their use by any third party to whom the user has provided them.

3. The user is responsible for correctly providing their data during the contracting processes established on the Tablao Flamenco La Carmela website, paying particular attention when entering data relating to the delivery address for orders and documents, as well as the names of third parties whose data they input (with prior authorization from such third parties). The user must at all times enter all identification data correctly and exactly as it appears on their ID card or passport.

4. Tablao Flamenco La Carmela is the owner of the database generated with the personal data provided by users during the process of purchasing products through our website. Tablao Flamenco La Carmela reserves the right to exclude from registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions available at law.

5. All content, trademarks, logos, designs, etc. appearing on the Tablao Flamenco La Carmela websites are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, which are expressly reserved by Tablao Flamenco La Carmela or, as the case may be, by the persons or companies listed as authors or rights holders. 9. The user accepts that the legislation applicable to the operation of this service is Spanish law. The courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile shall have jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these clauses.

10. The final prices shown on screen include VAT and any other taxes or fees that may apply, at the rate in force at the time of contracting.

11. All bookings made through the websites tablaolacarmela.com and tablaolacarmela.es may be canceled during the 14 business days following the purchase date, as specified in the current legislation—the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Decree 1/2007. The refund of the corresponding amount will be paid to the customer within 30 days following confirmation of the cancellation of the booking, using the same payment method used by the customer. Under no circumstances will cancellations or modifications be accepted if the request for cancellation or modification has been received by RESDIBAR, S.L. less than 48 hours before the service time.

– A date change may be requested up to 48 hours before the start of the show.
– There will be no right to a refund of the ticket price if the cancellation is notified to Tablao Flamenco La Carmela less than 48 hours before the start of the show.
– The ticket is not nominal and is transferable.
– Tablao Flamenco La Carmela is not responsible in the event of loss or theft of the ticket.
– Tablao Flamenco La Carmela reserves the right to modify (date, time, and artists) or to cancel the scheduled show if required by technical or artistic circumstances or force majeure.
– In the event of modification or cancellation of the show for reasons attributable to Tablao Flamenco La Carmela, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount of their ticket(s).

12. Seating for shows in our tablao will be assigned by our staff on the day of the service and cannot be reserved in advance. Bookings that include dinner will be assigned preferred seating, and the rest of the seats will be assigned strictly in order of reservation.

13. Promotional Policy: RESDIBAR S.L. regularly runs promotions that affect the retail price, which may be modified and/or canceled by the company at any time. Any promotion carried out will not be cumulative with other current promotions and/or Special Rates.
